Our technicians are on their way. The passenger is informed about the anticipated time of action. The emergency call staff assess the situation - at regular intervals, by return calls to the lift car. That creates safety, calms, pacifies or simply informs.
Work is of course not finished with the release. The claim: Eliminate the fault – sustainably, straightforwardly, rapidly and using exclusively our own specialists.
