The loading state of the lift cage is detected using a load measurement device.

The cab is weighed and it is checked whether a set limit value is exceeded.
Once a pre-set filling degree of a cab is reached (cab full), no further stops will be served, where only external calls exist. These external calls will be saved until there is sufficient room or weight available and then systematically dealt with.
