Selective door control
What is a selective door control system?
Lifts that include a thoroughfare also have two fully operational car doors. When the lift attains a stop that features two hoistway doors only one of the car doors is opened, the opposite one remains shut.
The respective loading side / door can be selected by two buttons in the cab.
Advantages: if for example one door leads into the open or e.g. bed lifts in hospitals.
